Our Team

At the helm of Messrs. Chilao Nyirongo Mwiinde Legal Practitioners is Victor Malambo Chilao, our Managing Partner, who brings more than a decade of private practice experience and over 15 years in tax administration. Having served at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), Victor developed a deep understanding of tax law, compliance, and policy. His experience with Mota-Engil Engenharia added a commercial dimension, where he honed his skills in contract management, logistics, and dispute resolution.

In private practice, Victor has advised clients across contract law, criminal law, tax law, family and probate, immigration, conveyancing, and dispute resolution. His leadership extends beyond the profession—he is a former President of the Rotary Club of Nkwazi, where he demonstrated community leadership and service. As Managing Partner, Victor drives the firm’s strategic vision, ensuring our practice remains both client-centered and forward-looking.
